FANDER GROUP OF COMPANIES, composed of three (3) factories located in China and Philippines with its headquarters in Hong Kong. These three (3) factories can independently manufacture products according to customer requirements. Here are the three (3) companies;
One of the factory under the FANDER GROUP which specializes on the fabrication of Plastic Injection Molding and Plastic Molding activities. It has an array of machines for the Molding fabrications such as CNC Milling Machine, EDM Machine, WEDM Machine, Radial Machine, Lathe Machine, CNC Grinding Machine, Milling Machine, Laser Welding Machines, CMM and VMS Instruments for Inspection. Likewise it also houses Plastic Injection Machines for Plastic Molding parts. This site has a capacity of 50 to 100 molds per month.

FANDER HUIZHOU TOOLING INC. , Puxin Village, Zhongkai Gaoxin District Lilin Town, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China - is one of the factory under the FANDER GROUP, it has two (2) factory sites which specializes Metal Stamping Tooling. This site also have handful of Machine use mainly for Tool fabrication such as CNC Machine, EDM Machine, CNC Grinding Machine, WEDM Machine, Milling Machine, Radial Machine, CMM for inspection and among others. The site is also equipped with Press Stamping Machine ranging from 110T to 1200T mainly used for Tool Testing. The factory has a capacity of 100 to 200
Sets of Metal Stamping per month.

FANDER PRECISION INCORPORATED, Blk 8 Lot 3 Phase 2 Golden Gate Business Park, Buenavista II , General Trias Cavite, Philippines - this factory can both manufacture Plastic Injection Moldings and Metal Stamping Toolings. This site is also equipped with the array of machines used for Mold and Tooling fabrication, such as CNC Milling, EDM Machine, WEDM Machine, CNC Grinding Machine, Milling Machine, Radial Machine, Lathe Machine, Laser Welding Machine, Laser Engraving Machine, CMM and VMS Instruments for inspection and among others. The site is house Plastic Injection Machines which are use for Mold Trials and Plastic Molding activities in mass production stage. It has a capacity of 30 to 50 Molds per month combine production.

All these sites have their own Design Team and Engineering Team for any development activities. They are equipped with the latest available design software in market to support their activities.
Project Completed
It’s a milestone for the organization to complete the Metal Stamping Tooling for rack enclosure parts for one of our major customer in 2 months starting from the DFM, Tooling Lay Out, Design Structure, Tool Fabrication, Tool Trials and Tool Qualification. The results is a collaborative efforts by the team which bring us the fastest Tool Maker who achieved such feat in the customer history.
Until this day, the organization is continuously improving in every aspect of the operation with the collaborative efforts by every members by performing to their assigned responsibilities to ensure that we deliver and surpass the expectation of our customers. |
